It's the meditation that I use for myself, it comes from the bits and pieces that I've picked up over time.

My letter to Erika Awakening was something that actually happened, I've been a natural mentalist my whole life, but I haven't really explored it till lately. That night was 100% mentalism.

The beautiful belly bulge is my way of encouraging people to see the sacral chakra as beautiful. This is part of the lesson attached to the sacral chaka.

exploring the chamber of your subconscious mind is from chaos magic and high magic, and I inferred the places that you might encounter while your there. its honestly just plain healthy to feel comfy inside your mind. my mind is either indigo or 'rainbow/oil-spill' when I'm there poking around. indigo is the color associated with heightened senses, and rainbow is associated with leadership.

When I say symbols it is normally a person place or thing, not a pagan glyph. EX: You might see a red Ferrari, and it could be telling you you need to drive through life faster and be more attractive while doing it. I got that from Christian culture, there are a lot of prophets and dream interpreters where I go to church (Crossroads Fellowship, 2721 Millbrook Road • Raleigh, NC 27604 • Phone: (919) 981-0222)

And the part about visions i got from my fellow Christians as well. honestly, when I meditate its not for a goal, or straightforward. i meditate to explore what there is to be found, the more chill you are about it, the more likely you will have a full blown vision.

The cord of light I pull from Taoism (And Dr.Wayne Dyer. Whom, I believe, is a Taoist-Christian).

lastly the phrases; 'Night of Rebirth', 'The bard', and 'Authority' i pull from druid teachings.

BTW, "and then move on" is my leading on to part three where I will talk about helping people with your intent VS controlling them. and a just little bit about Real Social Dynamics. and, of course, you know about HBR.

My poor kitten, his experience with the 'ladies' is the same as mine. He just spent time begging a neighborhood pussy-cat to come into the house, and she called to him to come outside. but alas, the side house portal kept them apart... I wonder if my luck with woman would improve if I let him outside??
